The robe is pale pink, crystal clear and pure. The nose is delicate, with aromas of vine peach, apricot and white flowers. The attack in mouth is at the same time mineral, lively and round. The finish is greedy and fruity, with a nice persistence and a small point of acidity which brings a very pleasant freshness.
To be served with grilled meat or fish, mixed salads, or simply as an appetizer with Provencal specialties: tapenades, poichichade, eggplant caviar...
